Alcohol-free aperitif "Herber Hibiskus" by Dr. jaglas

dr Jaglas, the well-known Berlin pharmacy brand, offers a non-alcoholic alternative to classic aperitif variants with their hibiscus aperitif. The tart sweetness of the hibiscus blossoms is balanced by rosemary, bitter orange, elderberries and vanilla. Although the aperitif is non-alcoholic, the finish ends with a subtle whiskey note. The hibiscus aperitif should be served chilled and is suitable as a base for non-alcoholic cocktails. This non-alcoholic aperitif catches the tongue, lingers on the palate and surprises on the finish.

More about the non-alcoholic spirit from Dr. Jaglas:

"The alcohol-free limoncello is made with a lot of love, experience and craftsmanship. The balanced heart of the herbal bitters is achieved through a gentle cold maceration process by hand and the use of more than 10 different herb mixtures and production steps. In order to preserve the high aroma content, the herbs are only briefly freshly crushed before cold maceration to avoid volatilization."
