Non-alcoholic Prisecco "Cuvée No.11" by Jörg Geiger

This non-alcoholic Secco gets its unique taste from unripe Boskoop apples and Nageles pears, harvested together with the aroma of jasmine and hibiscus flowers. A pleasant acidity is added by the oak leaves added during pressing.

This alcohol-free sparkling wine impresses with its slim, light, sparkling style, which has less sweetness but lots of fresh lemon flavor and the aroma of young jasmine flowers. Ripe citrus fruits and bold white flowers dominate the aroma, which is complemented by hints of vanilla and fresh apple.
