6cl Lyre's Italian Spritz Aperol non-alcoholic
6cl Schloss Raggendorf sparkling wine non-alcoholic white
3cl soda water
orange slices

To prepare the non-alcoholic Aperol Spritz:

Pour Aperol, sparkling wine into a glass and add ice cubes. Pour into a chilled wine glass (if possible) and top up with soda. Garnish with orange slices and serve with a straw. Cheers!
